Introduction
If an agency wishes to apply to deliver services in more than one area, separate applications for each service area must be lodged.

What you will need to complete this application

Please ensure you have the following information available before starting:

  • Australian Business Number (ABN) and organisational contact details

  • The organisation’s bank account details

  • Responses to the assessment criteria published in the Request for Service guidelines

  • Details for two referees, including their contact information

  • Proposed service locations and hours of operation (including main service location and hours of operation, as well as any outpost location(s), if applicable, and hours of operation)

  • Authorisation to submit this application on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)


Note:

If you meet the program’s eligibility criteria, you will be prompted to create a login after completing Page 2. At that point, you may save your application and return to your online portal to complete and submit it at a later time. Applications will close at 11.59pm, 6 March 2026

Applicants for the RRS may also apply for the VRH.
VRH
Agencies applying for the RRS cannot apply for the RCS or OPHRS due to program governance requirements.
